Technical Education CVTE

The Career Vocational & Technical Education department at GHS is proud to accept the Cape Ann Community Foundation grant of $2,500 to build a new Medical Assisting Program. The Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce has shown strong support of our programs. Thank you for helping to expand our offerings to meet the workforce needs in the Cape Ann area. 

CVTE Programs

Advanced Manufacturing, Automotive, Carpentry and Electrical are 4-year programs leading to jobs in high-demand careers with competitive wages and benefits. Post-secondary career pathways include engineering, construction project management and hours that count for electrical apprenticeship for licensure, among others. All programs provide students with specific OSHA and Hotworks safety certifications, industry recognized credentials.

Work Study Opportunities
